What is your shipping policy?

 Shipping and processing can take anywhere from 7-14 BUSINESS days, not including holidays, or weekends. If a coupon code was applied ( due to the high volume of orders) it can take anywhere for 7-21 Business days for your order to be shipped. It's also dependent on the efficiency of your local post office, shipping time may vary.  

Please ensure your mailing address is correct. If your order is shipped and is undeliverable because of the mailing address, you will have to pay additional shipping costs. The package will remain on hold until the shipping cost is received.

You do not have to send an email inquiry, once your order is marked as fulfilled you will receive a tracking number within 24-48 hours via Stamps.com to the email address you provided when you submitted your order. 

 

Are your products all Natural/Vegan?

Yes, I use 100% of botanically infused fruit, herb, and vegetable in my items. All of which I use in my own diet and or skin.

Please read all ingredients and refrain from using if you experience any negative reaction. 

 

How Should I handle any major concerns or shipping issues?

Cancellations or refunds are made only within 24-48 hours of purchase. If it has been more than 48 hours you can exchange for something comparable in store.

Refunds on items can take 3-5 business days.
